How do I recharge a task?

When a task is ready, use the in-app control for that task (for example, press and hold the ring or follow the on-screen action) to mark it as done and recharge it for the next cycle.

Where is my data stored?

Your tasks and app data are stored on your iPhone. Recurra does not require an account. Purchase status is verified through Apple and RevenueCat, but your task list stays on the device as described in our Privacy Policy.

How long is the free trial?

Recurra is free to try for 30 days from your first launch. The trial gives you the full app — create and edit any number of tasks, set reminders, use everything. After 30 days you can still view, recharge, and delete existing tasks; unlocking lets you keep creating and editing.

What does “unlock” include?

One-time purchase. No subscription, no auto-renewal, no tiers. It unlocks unlimited task creation and editing forever for the Apple ID that bought it, and applies on any device signed into the same Apple ID via the App Store.

How do I restore purchases?

Open Settings inside Recurra and tap Restore purchases. You can also open the unlock screen from the trial banner and tap Restore there. Both flows use Apple’s standard restore with your current Apple ID — if you’ve bought Recurra before on that Apple ID, your unlock will return within a few seconds. If nothing restores and you believe it should, contact us below.

I have a promo code — where do I redeem it?

On iPhone, open the unlock screen and tap Redeem code. That opens Apple’s native code-redemption sheet. Once redeemed, the unlock applies automatically the next time the app checks in with the App Store.

How do I delete my data?

Delete Recurra from your device. That removes the app and its local data, subject to how iOS manages app storage. We don’t hold a copy of your tasks on any server.
